This was an awesome short video. I really liked the detailed description. I appreciate you describing exactly where I should feel the stretch, and key tips like my pelvic tilt. All the other yoga channels are focus on positive affirmations and it’s obvious they know very little about anatomy. I’m a beginner and I have been searching through different yoga channels, and So far you are the best. Also, I never leave reviews but felt you deserved one. Thank you.

I love how your videos are very short but very specific. I find myself so hard to start anything longer than 20 minutes… but with yours , I can start something really short then I definitely feel I can do more, then I can end up doing 45 minutes or 60 minutes of exercises ! Your lower back pain prevention videos are so good!
That last one is super amazing! I got my vaccination recently and because I was trying not to sleep on the shoulder where I had my jab, I somehow pulled/strain a muscle on the right side of my lower back. This just works wonders. thank you!
really great video - these stretches relieved my tight back. my only recommendation is that would be better as a guided stretch! i disliked being deep into a stretch and then having to think about switching to the next one!
Thank you, these are good! The QL stretch position is a bit of a stretch for me (!), easier variation would be helpful. Also, if you included the link to the other back video you mentioned, it would be much easier to find :)
It just didn't relief my lower back pain. My hips feels so loose as well. Amazing stretches and my lower body feels so much better now. Will surely implement this into my work out.
JUST A SUGGESTION.. IF you want people to SAVE & REDO your videos everyday... YOU HAVE TO ACTUALLY "DO" THE ENTIRE EXERCISE OR STRETCH for the allotted time... & motions. Otherwise... I can say THESE ARE THE GREATEST STRETCHES IVE EVER DONE! Then NEVER do them again. This is the 4th channel ive had this happens with!!! WHY ARE ALL THE BEST STRETCHING VIDEOS UNABLE TO BE "FOLLOWED"?????

Excellent stretches.The visibility was not good since the color of carpet and the pant were dark.

Ok I’m 59 and if I do that second stretch I’ll never get up again normal bodies don’t stretch like this
first one is too painful and could be really bad for your knees especially if you have issues with them or overweight.
It's dark you words are in front of you and I cannot see what the heck you're doing in the second stretch
