I rarely comment on videos, but feel it’s warranted here. I have no significant spine or disk problems, but I’ve been struggling with lower back pain and stiffness for years. I spent $1400 at the chiropractor last year with no real results. I noticed significant relieve just after one round of these exorcises. Thank You! I was starting to think i was going to have to give up my beekeeping hobby.

oh my gosh! I just came across this video and I cannot tell you how much it has helped me! I’m 69 years old, had anterior hip replacement six months ago and did physical therapy and over the past six months, I have become so stiff in my lower back, I have barely been able to get up and walk around and move. Truly, I thought I was doomed for this for the rest of my life. I have done these exercises for two days now and I cannot tell you the amazing relief I have had. Truly for me remarkable. I don’t know why my orthopedic MD has not spoken to me about doing something like this. I’m scheduled for an MRI next week and on Monday morning I will be canceling that appointment. I do believe if I do this religiously for the next month I’m going to be a brand new person. thank you thank you thank you so much for taking your time to post this for people like me!❤

I'm doing these exercises everyday, and I'm starting to feel less pain. Here are some timestamps for anyone that wants to rewind to a specific exercise:
    01:02 - racquetball exercise
03:15 - lower back rotation exercise
    04:43 - hip/pelvis exercise (90-90 stretch)
05:43 - lower back tightness stretch (modified "Child's pose" yoga pose)
    08:03 - compound stretch
10:10 - lower back streghtening exercise (modified lower back bridge exercise)

What I really like about your videos is that you have the same kind of posture as me, and seem to also benefit yourself from doing the excersises. I always hate it when a totally fit and flexible person is explaining stuff for beginners while performing a split. Your videos are much more real life examples! Thank you!
