There’s lots of options available and lots of free plugins available. UA-cam is full of videos and tutorials on budget friendly recording setups. Just search budget recording setups and that will get you started.

I’ve got lots of money into my setup. Your cheapest option would be a good plugin like Neural dsp, audio interface and monitors and a DAW for mixing
