Enjoyed your cooking. I live in Scotland and us Brits make Shepherds pie completely differently. In the first instance in the UK Shepherds pie is made with minced lamb, cottage pie is minced beef and we don't add tomato, but gravy, made with meat juices, bouillion cubes and gravy browning but yours looked great too. Loved the chicken Enchilladas

We made the meatloaf Monday night.....HOLY MOLY....it was beyond excellent!! And the sauce for the topping?? Better than sneaking cookie dough before baking! The carrots added were fantastic (from an earlier video of yours) and I also chopped and put in a red pepper too. Thank you so much Kimmy I absolutely love you, your family and the love you show you of our Heavenly Father above. You bring me peace and piece of mind with every video put out 💞💞💞

    Hi Kimmie
One way to prevent labels from bleeding is when you have covered with foil and added your label, you can cover with cling film - and that protects all your hard work from getting freezer burn and protects your label too :)

I love the idea of freezer meals! I have a lot of health issues and sometimes I can’t hardly get out of bed. It’s my husband,my 27 year old son and myself here. Although I know that they’re capable of taking care of dinner,I hate for them to have to. It’s just the maternal thing I guess. Anyways, freezer meals would be perfect for my house.
I’m going to make some of these for my house and I am also going to be making some for my moms house. I think it would be a great Mother’s Day gift for her as she also has many health issues.
Thank you for sharing this with us Kimmy! I will feel so good on my bad days knowing that my family is eating good!
Much love and blessings to you and your beautiful family!💖

Thank you for your great videos. A tip for your freezer. . . Plastic canvas is very inexpensive at the craft stores and if placed under your freezer bags they will keep your bags flat in the freezer and they won't slip thru the shelve spaces. Much better than cardboard or a cutting board as the small holes make sure you are getting the cold air all around your food during the freezing process.

I use Avery labels as well. One thing though, they burn in the oven. I cover the dish with foil then cover that with plastic wrap and the label on that. Unwrap the plastic, you still have the label for instructions and the pan is covered with foil and ready for the oven.

We do taco meat and sloppy joe meat a lot for freezer cooking. My husband always seems to want those two...sometimes over rice, sometimes potatoes, and sometimes on the bun or shell lol Always good on hand. I do lots of chicken too in marinades just to make it easier later.

TFS! - I often will freeze tortilla chicken cass. - you combine cooked chicken, diced green chiles (1-2 small cans), and cream of chicken soup and freeze it like that do NOT add the tortilla chips and cheese until you pull it out of the freezer to bake. I use mozzarella cheese (our favorite) but mexican blend or cheddar would work ok too. I cook the frozen casserole for 30-50 minutes at 400 degrees. You can omit the diced green chiles but it'll be more dry so maybe throw in some extra cream of chicken if you omit the green chiles.

I will usually buy a few giant things of great beef. One I will dump in the slow cooker to cook then divide and freeze. I will take second pkg and put it in another cooker with taco seasoning, then do the same. I will also pre cook a large pkg of chicken breasts and do the same. Have the pre cooked meat is such a time saver for me.

I like how you show how to make these freezer meals. But I have never seen you take it out and show us what you do to reheat or see how it comes out. But I saw the stickers you out on them. I just realized my parents have 6 people in there home and I need to give her some ideas of how to freeze meals because I noticed they got a deep freezer. But they use propane so meaning they have a gas stove and they have to pay for the propane there selves so they look for alternatives of not using propane so much. They spend about 500$ every 6 months I think. That's to cook and warm the water with. But they can warm and freeze food up and use those big electric roaster as an oven. 👍🏽🤓

This looks like such a life saver. My only question is that would it taste fresh like it was just cooked ? Or would it taste like left overs ( which is not bad but I’m curious)

We like your videos! My wife and I are trying to get into freezer and dump meals, since we spend way too much on dining out... Your videos are very helpful! How many people in your family? With just the 2 of us, that'd help us figure out how to divide the recipes. :-)

I always add a little more taco seasoning than what it calls for as well. It tastes better I think. ..

Do you usually thaw the freezer meals for a little while before putting in oven or stove? Thanks for showing these freezer meals I have learned a ton from you. ❤️
