idk if your going to respond to this comment but what if you want to push the wr to the outside with one arm to you want to take your left arm and hit his right hip or just try with the middle of the chest
If you have access to a sled like the one in this video or hand pads, you can do the drills in this video. You can also work your kick slide. Try to perfect it. Also work on learning to get your foot in the ground and get vertical. At some point though, you will need to work with a partner.
Damian Miranda like pre movement I guess. Like I’ve seen some people bounce and others just keep they feet moving but both ways are uncomfortable to me
@@GridironStuds Oh, My db coach has taught us to just grab their chest plate with a firm grip and only let go when they turn to prevent holding. Is that not allowed. PS: Thank You.
@@topchills2585 first of all grabbing the chest plate will be extremely hard to do vs a worthy receiver. 2nd any grabbing in man coverage would be subject to a penalty.
What do you think of all these dbs in 1 on 1s on youtube blatantly holding guys off the line and everyone going crazy like they did something but really the jut got a penalty
Lol what o think is casuals and receivers think everything is pass interference or holding when a pass is incomplete. They don’t want to see receivers touched because people live offense. When I go to training camps people cheer the loudest for offense.
Thanks for tips, greetings from Poland
Welcome!
Great coaching, thank you for sharing!

That would be recommended to do after you have cleared the line of scrimmage and you are running side by side down the field with the WR.
Appreciate the videos
Where do you do the all eyes db camps at?
south florida
How can I practice press man off, off man, and zone by myself
