If this is a stock bore, I can't imagine the turbo actually making a lot of difference. It surely gives you top end, but I'm almost sure that with the small amount of boost that's being built on that size turbo you probably gain a very marginal amount of power. If you can find an even smaller turbo to run it at its optimal rpm I'm sure you can get some more power from it. Another consideration would be supercharging it, sports bikes favor it because It actually saves on construction weight. Been building Performance street Raptors for 9 years professionally and those are the takeaways I have seen,
You obviously have no idea about motors if you think forced induction does little for an NA motor. Na vs turbo or blower is a big difference. As a rule of thumb, whatever the hp is NA, it will be double tbat at 14lbs of boost, in many cases more with supporting mods over a bone stock engine. My old raptor had a 6mm over crank and 105.5mm bore, big came and porting/big valves to make 787ccs i think. That quad made roughly 85hp, from the stock 44hp. I had friends with the d7 turbo kit making 90-95hp without touching internals...
Big bore kits make quite small difference in displacement and that engine is already really small for turbo. Big bore wont make big difference how turbo builds boost and works because difference to stock is minimal. 700cc i believe is one of the smallest engines that supports turbo enuff to be driveable. Like 450cc dirtbikes would be good if companys made turbos for specifically that engine size and exhaust pulses. BTW sorry for my bad english i am from Finland.
Banshee slow , My raptor has a supercharger , custom case and sleeves , the bore is over bored and I have forged internals and ring gap , it’s basically now a 1000cc raptor with boost
How are you keeping the front end down (looks like stock or close to stock wheelbase) and no spinning? I would think that a turbo raptor on that chassis you would not be giving it the beans like that. Can you go over the suspension that thing has?
It has a +4 swing arm and stock shocks. It has a bigger turbo on it now and wheelies are a problem. I have another video on my channel of it in the sand with the bigger turbo
I live in a town of 300 people and they are legal on the road in town. I don't normally ride on the road, but this raptor is set up for drag racing so I can't really take it on the trails
Ooo gotta love that turbo noise even better on a quad don't see it often

It is a stock bore and it makes 15psi of boost. Stock a raptor 700 makes 45hp and on 15psi a stock engine will make around 90hp
Brother you can see how she moves you don’t even have to get technical

Sweet! And for you to be hollering "oh man" with all the fast quads you got, I know its fast! Lol
With the current set up its 125hp so its pretty quick
@@dominicpowers9893 125hp!!! 🤯🤯
@@TerrellSpivey and I have a bigger turbo thats brand new if I want more power
@@dominicpowers9893 the bigger turbo would take longer to spool it would have more lag and what turbo or you currently using
That things pretty dope and that's saying alot cause a have a 421 cheetah banshee but the turbo boggles my mind. Nice bike bro
These things and the 450's with boost will walk all over any banshee with any mods.

Hope you put some extra ring end gap in it.....
jesus fuck that thing looks fast.
That’s nasty!! 🤙🏼
Whats up Dom! Life.Atv sent me here.
Damn that would give my banshee a run for it’s money

I was told if you put a high compression stock piston in that it would have “piston slap”. How is yours holding up?
Mine has been fine. Are you running a turbo or naturally aspirated?
From where i can buy that complete turbo for my bike
Does that exhaust blast your leg or naaa?
💪💪💪
What goes in the build and what turbo size?
I have another video on my channel going over the build. The turbo is a 44/60
holy smokes..... that thing is faaaast

Im extremely baffled with all this street riding on the quads.. Now if people was taking street bikes to the trails that would be some good content
I live in a town of 300 people and they are legal on the road in town. I don't normally ride on the road, but this raptor is set up for drag racing so I can't really take it on the trails
That’s the best way to feel the power and there’s nothing baffling about that
How much psi
Around 15
do u still have this monster???
I just sold it

Take the r,s up a bit more.
Still not a banshee and lots of money im sure
Not everyone wants a banshee. Ive had several and they are fun, but I prefer raptors.
@@dominicpowers9893 i understand I just like 2 strokes fast and easy to rebuild
Run it full tilt

2step?
I didn't put 2 step on it because it's hard on the valve train
u change gears too fast and next time use longer road not 10 ft
What is that squeaking noise
