The reason simply being that people can’t get any happiness of their own, and it pisses them off when they see another person living a better life then they have, and being unable to do anything about it in their weakness, they decide the only thing they can do is find literally any reason to send hate their way. Most humans are sadly just miserable like that.

I remember waiting eagerly for the very first SNL. I was a teen and they had been announcing it on tv for a bit. We waited and waited. Our expectations were not only met, they were exceeded. In my 30's I watched a few but it wasn't the same. I can only imagine how it is now. I loved the church lady! lol!
