SO many people/videos out there claim to offer information, but actually don't offer anything specific. I'm looking to become a travel agent in the next 6 months or so. I took careers on vacation. I am not sure I would recommend her course. I think looking back, If I had a do over, i would've figured out another way to get my education. Plus they are constantly trying to sell you stuff.

Once you sign up with a host agency are you required to book solely through them? Or can you plan a trip for someone not using the agency’s suppliers and charge them the planning fee and not run it through them?
You can typically use whatever supplier you like but you book using the host agency credentials, different host have different rules pertaining to mark ups and fees so you would have to read your host contract

Yes when booking direct with the hotel if they offer a travel agent program.
