Relax Its Ok Some of the animations can be skipped by jumping or attacking, that's true, but the ones I've mentioned in the run don't allow you to perform any other action, so you're pretty much stuck in them, which makes them unskippable. Nice observation tho ;)
If i remember correctly it's a glitch with the crossbow and slowing time perk. He triggers the perk over a save point then reloads so instead of slowing time, it speeds Geralt up.
english names in this game are sooo awful oh god... how come Janek, or even the russian Ivasik, become fucking Johnny. I know, i know... those are the names but heck it is....

It was patched way back in july 2015 and I don't think you can downgrade the game that much on the console unfortunately :/
