Bring up a few young guys(Ballesteros, Caissie, Canario, Shaw) to wake the older guys up? (I mean, with very low talented guys on the bench, there's no imminent threat right now; Wisdom, Mastrobuoni, Bote aren't threats to anyone's spot)
