Very good nd correct recipe thq but I would like to highlight one point.Gobi has not been cleaned properly uske florets par Matti lagi hui hai.Hope u don't mind.

Dhoop me sukhana hoga sabji ko nahi to kharab hoga 4 hours ki dhoop to chahiye aap room me fan ke niche bhi sukha sakte ho nahi to microwave me thora thora karke sukha ke hi achaar dalo nahi to kharab ho jaiga
