This is my first ever comment on UA-cam after watching videos for decades. I saw this dadi talk and it reminded me of my dadi. I was 7 when she passed away but this video reminded me of all things my dadi did for me and taught me. My fondest memories was of her and around the subject of food. Your channel is amazing. Always felt why I never took recipe from my mother, aunts . Never searched the web either. When I saw this ,it reminded me of old times when it was prepared at home. I followed it and it tasted same. Maine unhe kitchne ke bahar shayad hi dekha hai. na kabhi unhe sote dekha. jab beemar hui aakhir aakhir mein bas tab unhe baitha hua paaya. unhe khana banane mein behad maja aata tha. They didn't remain as crunchy as I wanted. Instead, after washing the vegetables one can just spread them on a clean sheet to air dry for a day or so and follow your recipe.

A beautiful video indeed. I just loved the interaction between you and dadi ji. God bless your show! Just one comment. I didn't think par boiling the vegetables were required. They didn't remain as crunchy as I wanted. Instead, after washing the vegetables one can just spread them on a clean sheet to air dry for a day or so and follow your recipe.
