Hiii mam ... mne aaj hi ghee bnay h ... mlayi ko blenders se 2-3 minutes blend kiya bs makkhan alag ho gya ... dhoodh se paneer bnaya .... makkhan se ghee nikala aur jise aap wastage bol rhi hain usme bhune chane ka aata, kuchh dry fruits aur khand milakr 4 ladoo bna diye jo bachon ko bhut pasand aaye 😋😋
