I like the fact that Reacher first tried to drown him but then thought to himself "Nope, not painful enough" then pulls the guy out of the vat and then tosses him into a fire
I wish I could enjoy watching this and the next season but I will not because this supposed tough guy turned out to be a typical Hollywood pussy.
I think earlier on in the season they figured out that the liquid in there was flammable, so reacher dipped him in there to light him on fire. The fire probably wouldn't of spread the way it did if KJ wasn't covered in a flammable substance
Reacher would not miss at that distance. They never deplete the amount of ammo. Love the series and cant wait for the next.

Super-evil film/tv villains always engage in monologuing... and one wants them done away ASAP with just to shut them up.
The hero can take out 20 bad guys with one shot each... till he meets the supervillain... then he all of a sudden misses like crazy. Classic action movie stuff

It's unusual that in a movie with a fire scene the structure in the fire never burns up.
Amazing that Reacher can hit everything else he shoots at, but after having two clear shots, he misses.

Loved Reacher Season 1. Then we had the LONG covid break, fighting whether there was going to BE a season 2, and the actors/writers strike. Finally, Season 2 comes out, and it SUCKS.

I find it rather ridiculous that the bad guy would start a terribly long and boring monologue about lessons learned from big daddy while out on the savannah, all while supposedly skulking about not wanting to be pinpointed.
Nah, the bad guy is legitimately that stupid and has been all season. He's the worthless son of the real mastermind, who Junior murdered in a previous episode to take over his daddy's operation, which he then promptly ran right into the ground.

Just a thought: Can a .223 round penetrate a cardboard box? If so, then why would a person of reasonable intelligence duck, and remain behind the same box where he was last seen? And maybe a desperate criminal might think to spray that same box, just in case. Then there's the vat of flammable liquid.... You know what, I don't have time to state the series of implausible events that follow. I'd like to end this rant by pointing out this: Walking casually out of a building that just experienced a flash explosion (which would consume all the oxygen) , and lingering in the smoke-filled entrance for a while after being deprived of said oxygen for a significant time, with not so much as a singed hair and second-degree burns should strain the credulity of any person... even a Biden supporter. This show could be so much better with some real direction. Terrible casting, and the acting is sub par. I honestly didn't expect much from a Prime brand show, most are lacking realism. The fight scenes are almost as terribly choreographed as the Cruise movies were. Pick a villain that looks menacing for Christ's sake.
