I played this mission myself recently. I think the way to do it is to move a third soldier to each door at the end of the second turn. this sets off the alarm and the extra ruffians arrive. Then at the start of turn 3 you blow the door and three of you can storm in through each door in the captain and first mate phase.
The group activation is a bit different to normal. You can only activate two models but over any distance. (comm links must be working)

@@thetabletopengineerplays I haven’t found a lot for battle videos. I really like OldHammer’s presentation but they just have a few Stargrave videos. Guerrilla Miniatures and On Tabletop have a few also. Wargaming Luke has a couple I think and I feel like I’ve seen a few other channels with just one or two battles. I’ve got some over at Bricks & Blocks Gaming.

You'll need the core rulebook for the crew and weapons details as well as the basics of combat and leveling up.
