Wow ..now I have some thing I feel my hubby may eat...He is from the island of St. Lucia and loves fresh mackrel so maybe he'll eat this from tin.. we live in East Texas and dont have salt water fish plus everyone fry fish with cornmeal... you do such a great job with your videos been watching for awhile ..again thanks...
We don't have those mackerel in Jamaica so I will probably use the sardine or tuna

Yum. I would add shredded cabbage and carrots to it red and white for some crunch and some added nutrition.
