I used to make this same kind of 'omelette-sandwich' for my son, during his school days. Now he is 24yrs old . I am really feeling proud and excited that my most favourite chef, Varun is making the same one for all. Tons of Thanks to Varun. Stay blessed always. Love from Kolkata.

I tried this and half assed my through the omlette cause I chose a relatively smaller pam 🍳 and it still ended being delicious.
The key like mentioned in the video is waiting until the oil/butter gets warm enough to pour in the eggs.
I also added basil leaves to the mix which further enhanced the existing flavours.
Whether to try or not.

Well I am a doctor and also teach medicine....we had gone to Jaipur to teach paramedics around 10 years back...there I had this type of sandwich which they called bread omlet. Well after coming back to Mumbai I made exactly this version using processed cheese. I m feeling so so good to see u making this Varun....really love to watch Ur channel
