- Falling is the number one reason seniors lose the ability to stand up, walk, and move their bodies freely. And why do people fall? Because they lose their balance. Here is a simple move that will improve balance and help protect your body against falling. Click the link in our bio to try WeShape for free: link.weshape.com/yt-quiz-Q224...

Just what I need for my Mom, 3 falls in the last couple of weeks. THANKS.
I've practiced marching in PT, never knew why. Thank you for the clear explanation. These exercises are important for me. I'm not a senior, I was born with a brain anomaly that increases pressure in my head, Eustachian Tube dysfunction and daily imbalance. Diet, exercise, and Faith are the only things that save me day to day. Thank you coach #WeShape

Thank you
😊👍 Many thanks.
Would you like show us more exercises like this for seniors ?
My husband uses a walker. Could you show us some exercises while standing with a walker? When we get up in the morning, and he has his walker, we try to stand up straight and take some breaths, holding in our glutes and belly muscles. Then we do the slow march and I try to get him to keep good posture but he finds it hard not to lean forward. He does laps around the kitchen but I think he holds the walker out in front of him and I do fear he will fall.
I don't see the link below that you always say to click 4 4 more workouts from you. Where is the link?
It's in the description. It is in blue. If you don't see it, click on "more" and it should expand the description box.
“Death grip” on the chairs.
Are you kidding? 😊
