Hands down sexiest bike I’ve ever seen, this thing will make any 450 owner jealous sheeeeesh you’re creating some amazing bikes keep this fire ass content up boss your killing it✊🏼👍🙌🤯
Can you talk about how it runs on the track? Did you change gearing? Was it dyno tested? Is it too much power to control or does it retain the smooth characteristics of the stock engine? Thanks
I’m estimating 63. The stock 450sr makes 60.5hp. So with this thing having slightly higher compression, an aggressive port and epoxy job, 5 angle valves and a vortex ecu, it’s gotta have at least a couple extra horses lol
Whoever ported that head didn't have a flow bench. Or even a piece of sandpaper to smooth that out. Besides behind the valve doesn't look right, no neck. Now well best of luck hopefully you don't run into any of my motors at the drag strip ...
I know money is irrelevant to racers but that bike is too nice to be thrown around the track like a rental😢 the bike would be perfect without that exhaust tip damage
@@keithpeterson6108hmm that’s interesting. Been running O2 fuel for years, but I’ll keep an eye on intake boots, etc. I imagine it’d be horrible for 2 strokes then, since raw fuel actually contacts the crank seals.🤔
@John Holka MX Yeah, it's rough on float needles, all the o-rings in the carbs & fuel pumps. It's mostly anywhere the fuel is held more so than where it contacts. All the gnarly stuff evaporates off the intake tract & inside the engine. So it's not as rough on bigger items like intake boots & crank seals. I used to run it & a few other "flavors" from VP but don't anymore. I ended up having to replace all the rubber in my 2stroke carbs (buddies as well). It was such a hassle to drain it out after every ride vs the little extra jam it gave. In my efi bikes, I didn't want to deal with pulling the tank & purging the system, so I never ran it in those. Put some in a red solo cup sometime, it eats the cup! Lol
I need to replace a crank in a 2019...I haven't bought a manual. I need to know is the flywheel removal tool a 28x1mm thread pitch? Thank you. I'm near Flint.
So satisfying to watch.....
Thats gonna be one of the best engines you can buy for normal people
Just pure Art.
This is a sick video I hope your channel blows up crazy

Masterpiece absolutely love it❤❤❤
Conteúdo incrível, amo essas moto de corrida ❤
La estrella ninja !!!🎌🇯🇵🇯🇵🇯🇵🇯🇵✨✨
Wht cams n valves u used to get the 63hp do u have a dynjet r a aftermarket ECU thts been flashed?
Bike is awesome!
Hi.This is good job!👏Athena is cilynder is 500cc?Another question is how much money is all this?
Can anyone tell me if the Vertex brand pistons are worth it?
Vertex pistons are some of the best out there.
how is the guts wing seat?
Awesome build and that bike is sick looking. We're did you get your graphics from?
Thank you! Throttle Syndicate does my graphics. Best designs in the business!

I’ll be doing a detailed ride review and breakdown of all my mods and how they affect the bike in the near future!
I’m getting a new 2023 kxf450 this summer and I want this exact same racing setup. Know anyone who can help ??
that thing is gonna rip, never heard a 450 rev through the rpms that quick
Yea I think she’s going to be a fire breather for sure! We shall find out soon, maybe another video on the way. 😏
Mine runs threw em, and probably one of the smoothest bikes I’ve ownef
Why u4.4 over t4? Jw I honestly don't know
In my experience I’ve had better luck with u4.4 than t4. T4 is a much cleaner fuel though and better for the average racer.
@John Holka MX I have a 21 ktm450 factory edition. I use t4,love the smell lol. But never knew which is better
how much horsepower that beast make?

@@JohnHolka yeah for sure!
Now get the pc linkage and the suspension will be godly
Looks factory
I wish there was a mechanic where I live like this
Nice !!! That is nice... what else is there to say... lol
I appreciate that sir!🤘🏼
Why is this Kart Engine in a Dirt bike Frame ? Looks funny ? Open Outlaw Karts 💪🚀🤠 Be safe and use all the Power ;)
No kart engine, just a regular kx450 motor built into a 63 horsepower fire breather.🤘🏻
So wht cams n all u changed to get the 63hp? I got a kx450 I'm building to just want some pointers.
All those stickers on the motor make it look amature af.
I’d beg to differ, sir. I’ll put whatever stickers I want on my bike. Thank you very much. 😊

Haha the carbon tip got slightly damaged and a new one was like $150, so I just epoxied it. 😅
Nooooo don’t use U4.4 🤦🏻♂️
U4.4 best fuel ⛽️ ever….
Totally is!
It ruins anything rubber though. All oxygenated fuel is rough on rubber.

@@JohnHolka twisted who mapped your vortex recommends not using u4.4
No torque wrench? Especially on the triple clamps? Cringe
17 and 21nm
