If lactose intolerant to use the cottage cheese from the brand Lactaid in the supermarket. The brand color is medium dark blue. They also have for sour cream too.

congrats. i was 305 in March of last year and dropped to 235 about this time last year. some life shit and other excuses that aren't real excuses later and i'm back to 264. i'm ready to jump back in to it and get to my personal goal of 200. hopefully i'll not give up when the batteries in my scale die or when i work an unintended tripple shift and fall into the fast food trap...but if i do, i should take it as a total L. if i gain 5 pounds in a week, it'll just mean i need to take two more weeks of dedicated work to lose it back. it's def a mental game. RJ makes the "diet"/ lifestyle taste so good

Holy crap!!!! Thank you!! I absolutely hate cottage cheese, but I’ve cooked with it before and definitely can’t taste it. I’m going to try this as a sandwich bread substitute. If it works, it could be the biggest game changer of all for me!

@@maryr7256 I did tonight… I think I cooked it for too long because it was a little crispy so next time I will cook it for 35 minutes and then take it out of the oven right away but it’s definitely a game changer

The anabar chain was crazy smart marketing, Im not a fan of that style of music or pretty much 99% of new rap music....but I watched every video because im grateful Rem down 41lbs and there has been a lot of muscle gains in that time as i have been back in the gym and know what im doing there, I just stopped doing it for years lol
Ive made this twice, and hes not showing was actually happens when it come out of the oven. It STICKS to the parchment . P I T A. tastes decent, tho, super filling.
People say you have to crinkle the parchment, which may be why his was folded. Some also lightly spray it with oil.
You can see that the parchment paper is not the same before and after the oven 😂😂
Give it a quick spray of coconut or olive or avocado oil and let it sit after baking until cool. It will release 👍
Cheap parchment paper does that too! Good ones don’t! I have made this 3 times now with no oils. But I have herd crinkling parchment paper works wonders too

Thanks for the recipe. I will have to try this for all recipes calling for a bread/dough base. Not just sandwiches but I have to try a pizza with this.
You can put cheese and or garlic in the mix. Tastes delicious. If you want carnivore, don't add garlic.
this flat bread looks like it'd make a good pizza crust too. i will try it this weekend. may have to pre cook the topping so the crust won't burn... just add cheese and the topping and then heat up until cheese melts... or add cheese to the "dough pudding" mix... not sure yet... ideas flowing.... damn.. I'm still making the pizza you did years ago that had yogurt, cottage cheese, eggs, and shredded cheese as the bread base. Might need to start doing this instead of the Josephs Lavash bread when I've got the time.

There's one thing wrong with what you did here. Never crack an egg into a bowl of ingredients!! You could get pieces of shell or have a rotten egg. Always crack eggs into another bowl or cup before adding them.
Better yet, crack the egg on a flat surface where you get no splintering of shells.

I crack eggs directly in bowl all the time! When a piece of shell gets in, I just get a spoon and remove it, no biggie. I don't like to use more bowls than necessary. I'm 71, been doing it like this my whole life.

I had seen this tik tok recipe on fb, one cup of cottage cheese with 2 eggs, 360 temp for 35 min, i just made it , its in the oven, but mine was very liquidy, couldnt really shape it, it was going all over the place, im worried it will be thin, what did i do wrong?
Sounds great but why low fat cottage cheese? Full fat is more satisfying. I'll try this recipe with full fat cottage cheese when the weather cools down because having the oven on for 40 minutes is just too much in 95 degree heat.
I said before that Mcdonalds could do us a huge favor and make low fat foods. Things like lean turkey burgers and oven baked fries with controlled oil topping curbs the calories by a massive amount. To see RJF claiming its the bread is kinda crazy NGL :)

Most likely, your oven cooks slower. Eggs have alot of water so short of cooking it black, you aren't gonna overcook it. I would try adding 5 min increments to the cook time until you see the browning and it will then be foldable.
Maybe use a bigger size pan and spread it out thinner

I cut mine in half and eat the other the next day. I make pulled pork, brisket or chicken breast sandwiches with each half. They are so flavorful.

I have a problem with your "low fat" choices of ingredients. On a carnivore diet fat replaces carbs for energy. Without fat your body is tapping into amino acids and maybe even muscle for energy. Use full fat everything! Low fat AND low carb is a recipe for disaster! MORE FAT, NOT LESS! People will get sick without an energy source other than proteins.

come on man.. a slice of onion and a leaf of lettuce in your sandwich makes all the difference and carb wise is almost non existent . there is no need to avoid flavor and texture while avoiding carbs.

I made this flatbread this morning. 1 cup FF cottage cheese & 2 eggs & seasonings. It's my new go to for a sandwich. Easier to make than cloud bread. ( I'm eat Ketovore)
