I'd really like to see an anabolic diet plan more n the CLEAN side.
Nearly all of that is ULTRA PROCESSED. I bet you have a ton of viewers that attempt to a eat clean(er) diet.

I've been into the Premiere protein cereal lately. The mixed berry is pretty dang good, imo. 20g of protein per serving.
I hope you do get the Anabar in Walmart soon, I recently went to GNC and got me a few of them and sheesh they are the best protein bar I’ve had! I’ll definitely make the drive for them but if they end up at Walmart…well that would be fantastic!

Walmart Plus is a total game changer! You can go in and set up lists for different areas of your life and save the things you always get. Groceries, cleaning and laundry, personal care, pet food, toiletries. Makes it super easy to go to your lists, add items you always need without typing them in. And you can add to each list by searching an item or scanning the bar code. You can even set up scheduled deliveries of your go to items to be delivered weekly or whenever you need them. The only things I don’t get delivered because my shoppers really don’t check for quality or expiration dates are meat, produce, and dairy. I go get those myself. Happy online shopping!❤

The I can’t believe it’s not butter spray isn’t really zero calorie. 1 spray is actually 0.45 calories. And it’s made with Vegetable oil. So it’s prob worse for you than actual butter.
All these protein snacks and bars are horrible for you. Just eat real food like meat and eggs and you’ll see great results
