It took me 3 days to repair my simagic q1,5 . A simple pin pushed by a simple spring is completely jammed .i ended up using 2 little tie-wrap that loop around the lever to hold a plate in the mechanism. I had to dissasemble the box completely. 8 months of use
Did you used it often? That’s the problem with new gear we get on the market 🙈 We don’t know how long they will last before something goes wrong and that’s the case with everything we getting
@@chepilevski i beleive that some Metallic residue powder enter the hole of that pin and make it stiff. Maybe normal dirt from the room. Its a design flaw , not excessive use. I ve seen some vid for repair instructions, im not the only one .

@@robertsummers753 if my SG is my favorite in terms of feeling and rated 10, the Simagic SQ will be 9 the VNM new shifter will be 9.5 the Heusinkveld MagShift 6 and this will be solid 7 The build quality will be solid 9 and we don’t know how the mechanism will keep with the time yet! My SG shifter still feels the same after 2 years hard work
It is a cheap shifter that has a good view for the eyes, and I just bought the moza R21 with some steering wheels so we can learn to drive a bit. Now I have to do a lot of adjustment to get everything to my liking, especially those 3 monitors give me a lot of work lol;l

If you like more that mechanical feel, the Q1s is the way and if you want to save some cash and want bit more silent experience this is great choice man !

Not a huge huge fan of Moza, mostly because of their design choise, I do however love companies making quality products and in the same time, pushing the price so the competition has to follow. The same goes for Simagic. Great review, as always!
Subjectively speaking, the design choices are not my favorite too but you’ve said the most important part and that is pushing the industry in different direction particularly in terms of materials choice and pricing! Things are changing rapidly in good direction and that’s important for us the users 💪
My favorite is SG for what I have tested till now buddy! That of course is bit subjective! I have also driven it for 2 years and still feels the same! The VNM feels very good as well, with very mechanical klick but will be more expensive! If you want to save cash and still get like 80% of what the other shifters will give you, the Moza is absolute bargain 💪

Man, it is really quite an achievement for that price 😁 I was testing this on blind without know the price, I wouldn’t guys those 129$ price for sure 🤣 It is bit softer then my SG which is my favorite for very long time but if absolutely enough to make me happy around the track 💪

No bro, it is not the case at all 😮 It actually very good and feels just right. It is not as strong as some of the shifters I have around but definitely strong enough for my taste to enjoy the experience and cost 3 times less then the rest I have around 😁 The price is absolutely great for those who don’t want to spend tons for what we get. I put few people who don’t know much about sim and some rated it above some expensive shifters I have here 🤣

Moza quality is awesome. I have the R5 which I know is the baby toy but what I get out of it being only a hobby racer is amazing.
I got it as well, incredible bundle, even the pedals are good in my opinion.

Finally, a a very well built, low cost option, sequential shifter! The HGP works very well and the SGP should be of like quality.

much of that shifter is plastic 3D printed. This is all metal.
SHH in sequential mod is serviceable, the moza is miles better feeling wise
