    I got the r21 on sale and replaced original r5. I’m blown away! I’ve set max torque at 90%. It’s improved my driving performance significantly. Fighting the wheel I am more cautious with corner speeds. As a result i can finally complete races with out crashing 😂

    at 5:10 you mention Wheel Spring and Wheel damper that you keep it OFF and I never bothered mine was both always at 100 on Fanatec DD2. I tested today with both spring and damper OFF on ACC with car/track combo I know very well and indeed it made a difference, Could feel the car more and detailed and correcting oversteer was much better and faster. So now it stays on OFF forever :)
    Always learning something from your video´s ! Thanks brother !💪

    I have had this base for a few months and been really happy with it. Before I bought it, I compared a lot of the options and came to conclusion that I would probably be happy with any of them what comes to the base itself. So it was more about the bigger picture, what wheel I want, ecosystem, what I would need to attach it to rig, total cost, availability where I live and so on. I was seriously considering VRS with few wheel options, but in the end that would have ended up costing slightly more and had some downside for me personally, so I went with Moza. One thing to note, is that you cannot mount any non-Moza dash to R16/R21, unlike for R9 (and the Moza's own dash is lacking compared to stuff you can do with simhub dashes). That is probably the biggest downside I can think of in the base itself (side mounting the base is possible with adapter, so that part is not really a problem).
    ps. 21nm is more than I would ever need. I could have settled for R9 even.

    People say that a DD wheel with a lot of NM, Will not make you faster, After realising my setting was wrong on RaceRoom and turning the FFB up as it was low, Damn the steering was a lot more accurate, So in turn it will make you faster, Being able to feel the back end swing out more, Hitting the corners how you want because of the accuracy, As long as you are accurate yourself, lol, And I am yet to still try a DD wheel, But after turning my FFB up on my little Logitech, lol, I know Logitech, Sorry, lol I can feel the difference, So I can understand a DD wheel can make you a little bit faster, Maybe it is all about the pedals, But I can understand a Quality DD wheel will make you more stable on the track, In turn improving the lap times, I ain't watched Sim Racing Garage for a long time, Glad you reminded me about him, Sim Racing Garage not come up in my recommendations...
    I do plan on upgrading my rig next with a new DD wheel and pedals, After hearing the price, I am interested, I can prob afford that after a few months of putting some thing aside. Fingers crossed, But I will defo be looking into the Moza pack.....
    Hope you is well bro, Peace...

    Hello Beyond, I love your videos. I've been watching you for a long time since simracing is our passion. I haven't been doing this for a long time (about 2 years, my name on the track is Mig Santos) especially for your humility, sincerity and your sincere comments. done in a very subtle way. I'm getting information to make the jump to direct drive and so far I'm loving the 9nm moza base (I think it's enough for me and my level right now) I wanted to ask you two questions 1. Do you think it's the d.d brand that can help us surprise everyone with a good ecosystem and good value for money in an average period of time?. 2. I love your monitors and I see that you use the iiyama 32" but could you be more specific about the exact model you use? I think they are 1500r and I see that you use them with an rtx3090 which makes me think that it is either g-sync compatible or g-sync, I'm asking because I have great doubts, I don't know whether to buy 3 Samsung g7 1000r or what you use the iiyama since in the immediate future I want to establish my triple configuration with 32", sorry for the bible I wrote to you, Greetings friend and continue like this with you, it is always a pleasure.

    I really like your videos. I have to say FFB is very different in these Games/Simulations. You compare the Base’s in iRacing, right? I remember jumping from Thrustmaster T300 to SC Pro2 on iRacing blows my mind. But driving the first time rFactor2 a few months later with this Base was insane. So maybe some feedback in different games could help.

    Great video as always. May i ask a question? I am selecting my 1st dd wheelbase now. Coming from the csw 2.5 and race mainly gt3, tcr and prototypes. Wich one do you think is the best choice from your point of view?The simagic alpha, moza r16 or the vrs directforce pro? Will be paired with the cube controls f-core. I would tend to a simucube but thats 500 bucks more and maybe too much for me. Thanks in advance

      Hi buddy
      From my experience there are no real advantages between those powerful bases in the way I use them !
      On paper the VRS must be the best electronics wise as it has crazy encoder but whatever you take you won’t miss anything as every time I switch base I found in 20 minutes I totally forget in which dd system I am !
      Just go for the most affordable if you want to save some cash or choose the one you like the most from esthetic point of view or ecosystem for future upgrades!

    • @Hessracing
      @Hessracing Рік тому

      @@chepilevski thanks for your answers. Actually the vrs is the cheapest. I can get it for 810 euros with the mounting bracket and adapter. But do i really need 20nm? I dont need that much power and it will be running at 60% max force or less. I need details not power. I found the strenght of the csw ok just details and reaction was not good. Will the alpha mini deliver enough details or will it be maxed out ? I prefer simagic over vrs because of ecosystem and looks.
