I guess its for all the greedy landlords that are just buying up in cheaper areas and doing up and selling up landlords will need to maybe start finding jobs now
@ash7709 does this include the Landlords that develop property to a higher standard for tenants and improve the appearance of run down houses. Your thinking, along with others is very acute. Try doing what a Landlord does and then comment. I have previously been a tenant, so I can comment on both sides from experience. For example, I previously had tenants that have done criminal activity in the pass and many other acts that break clauses. I do not go and comment on videos and generalise tenants as that would be right. Think about what you have said ... 🤔 It is more that the Government system has broken down.
@jlpropertychannel9900 my comment was for alot of landlords who are out just to make profit moving from difrent cities and buying up houses in other cities/towns where a property is cheaper which in turn doesnt help the people who live in these cities and towns to purchase a property not everyone wants to be a tennant some people do like to own their property
If someone buys a property, they are taking a huge risk to make profit ... having a 9 to 5 job does not have any risk. Landlord 'A' has 1 house and Landlord 'B' has 100 houses. But Landlord B has given £500,000 to charity .... who is greedy in this scenario 🤔 Person 'A' earns £20,000 a year, and person 'B' earns £40,000 a year. Does this make person 'B' more greedy or more hard working ? Being greedy does not follow parallel to how houses a person owns or what their take home salary is ... You could be a greedy person, but I would not say that based on nothing ? That would be wrong!
Broken Britian, i swear
@MohcineOnline I know ... just keeps getting worse..... this country used to be great, and now it is falling behind all of them.
so sorry for these poor landlords with dozens of properties. let's all pray for them.
@ukaszpakua7513 We should do just that because without them, rents would be high.
