YOUR video is super informative THX so much THOugh i do have to clam no crypto JUST my nfts and i dont see anywhere them appearing on the site...any idea where to LOOK for that??? Hey, does anybody know if tokenized stock will be refunded? I had Netflix stock (NFLX) and it doesnt show up in my account balances
My kyc is unverified, i did it back in aug, and have been trying to reach out to them but no responds, and not sure what to do and there is no other option

After doing the KYC, Is the "step 5 : Submission of Electronic Proof of Claim" required by everyone or it's just for people who don't agree on their balance?
My understanding is it was required and that the first screen was just showing what was on the account but the proof of claim was the official claim. Because reading the email you can actually just submit the proof of claim directly without logging into the FTX account, but it's a lot more work, so logging into the claims.ftx.com site pulls all your information and I believe helps pass it into the claim.
@@Techtipguru in step 5 I mistakenly sent 2 proof of duplicate claim, how can I delete it?
@@Techtipguru Hi! Is the account balance (crypto assets) automatically updated into Kroll when you log into that page? For me it's not.

so i had lost my 2FA and they made me do the kyc via email, i got that sorted and logged in, on the website it shows that im fully verified, not sure why it shows u the tax thing might be a bug
After emailing their support it got worked out, just uploaded an updated video ua-cam.com/video/SjY3kMX4maw/v-deo.html on the next stage :)
Hope they get it all sorted out. The last thing we need is for the deadline to pass and haven’t submitted everything because their website is failing.
Agreed! We have until September 29th but that will come up quick! If I don't see any movement or new emails in the next few weeks I'll start digging in further on next steps.
Hello, i need help.
I filed a complaint but didn't write the amount of crypto i had, but i sent proofs of my balance. what should i do please, i can't find anyway to edit a complaint
You can email support@ftx.com if you feel there is an issue or you have a concern. They replied to me after several days.
After submitting my claim, my account balances disappeared the next time I logged in. Luckily I downloaded all the csv files, but it's really dumb that it's just excel files with the numbers on them instead of an official document stating the balances on and before Nov 11th 2022.
Kroll also says that I've submitted my claim, but under creditor, status, and email it's completely blank... As if I didn't enter that information. Likewise, clicking on the blue "view scheduled claims" button just send me to a fresh application with my ftx email and says "we can't find that account".
The system they have needs to be changed soon.
I've noticed they updated their website in the past week or so, may be worth checking again as I was also having issues. If not reach out to the support@ftx.com email I was able to sometimes get a response there.

After KYC and viewing my balances, when I click on submit a claim it doesnt transfer my balances to the Kroll website… also in some places it says if you agree with the balances no need to file a claim and in other places it says you still need to file the claim, doesnt make sense… anyone any idea/help?

I had the same problem.
A few days ago, the proof of claim will automatically fill in some basic information, such as balance and so on. I did not fill in all information.
Today, I am preparing to fill in the proof of claim again. After selecting 'View Scheduled Claim', the proof pf claim does not automatically fill in the balance and other related information.

How do you get your step 4 and step 5 checked off? please help!!
I haven't figured that out. I've legit been trying to get all those checked for a month and still haven't gotten them checked off.
@@gabrielrcortina they said that it's not necessary to have it checked at least... that's what the support email said

My step 5 is now checked and just got a confirmation email this morning. Step 4 is not checked but not sure if that one matters as it's just a review of where the FTX account was so you know what to put into step 5. I believe at least. how long to receive the email? (from step 5)
If you log back in it should show up at the top a "Claim Status" when you click on step 5. mine says "Agreed Scheduled Claim" since I agreed with what was there. I did not get an email and I am not aware of a step yet after that.
how can we verify that the link you mention is real ? the trustee doesn't mention it
Kroll is the company that is handling the case and their website sends you to the claims.ftx.com portal if you read here restructuring.ra.kroll.com/FTX/EPOC-Index

maybe we need to send the tax number to the ftx team via email
I have not tried to reply to the notice email yet or looked in beyond the website on how to contact them. But if I get some time later this week or next I will keep digging. Hoping they get this worked out.
