- A new month, and more issues with FTX claims. I have finally made another step with KYC. I have reached out to support@ftx.com as well and they did reply so you may be able to find support there as well if you are stuck on a step.

Could you break down step 5 in a video when you get there?That part is the most confusing for me
I'm going through this right now also. It seems quite strange to me that they are asking for sensitive documents like my tax returns and copies of my savings account etc. I mean these are the same guy that stole all my crypto so I don't really feel comfortable giving all that sensitive information to them. I thought maybe they have a sneaky strategy of making this KYC so intrusive that ppl won't even bother filling it out so that they don't have to get back that person's money. Just a thought.

I submitted the proof of claims through the external website when it pops up but it does not give me a check mark in the claims portal... do you have any recommendations? Also, i'm not sure what they want me to do for step 4... it just says to review account balances...
It also says that you don’t need to be KYC to claim 🤔

Sorry if you have answered this question already. Question: if I bought FTT on another exchange other than FTX do I need to still do the same process you did ? Or are you only claiming fiat you had on FTX?
I am not sure how that works, my claim is with the fiat and other crypto I had with FTX brokerage, I am not sure if you owned the FTX token with another brokerage how that worked.
I have yet to receive an email after submitting my proof of claim in step 5 days ago. Should I email them or just wait?
Is your KYC verified?

Not sure I'm reading your question right. Are you saying if you don't do KYC or claim?
@@Techtipguru my bad, i had a typo. yes i mean what if i dont submit proof of claims.
@@wen1ah I believe then it just forfeits your rights to a claim any currency you had with them. So you don't have to fill it out but you just won't receive anything if you had funds with them, if you didn't have any funds with them probably no reason to submit.
When will we know if we are getting our money back or not?
Not sure when or how much we will get, my guess is probably not until 2024, but before the end of the year would be great!
