Creating a Sign Using Only Powder Coating

We're making a sign for our friends at Duncan Aviation using only powder coating. We take a blank aluminum panel and apply lettering and a logo using stencils and powder. No vinyl was used on this sign! We hope you enjoy! And please don't forget to subscribe!

Beautiful work! What are you using to hold your hangers to the back of the panel? I do alot of flat signs too and that is always my biggest issue

Thanks! Take a look at 1:05 and 13:00. The panel had a frame, so there were brackets on the back side to hang from.

Thank you. It's actually a green polyester tape.

It is PC400 Green Powder Coating Tape. It comes in various widths.
