Tiger’s OGF helps air with the outgassing. I’m sure you know that though. You sound super knowledgeable. Great work man and way to see it through. These are the things that customers don’t see that we go through.
hey dude, this masking you do is german standart. and i always use a primer with outgasing additiv, fully cured, after that you can do youre own way. :)
@@UnknownCoatings I've used the anti outgassing grey from cardinal I'm not sure if it works as intended or not or really what to even reasonably expect from it. I laid it over a benco stripped oxidized unblasted machine faced wheel and it came out as I expected the same as any other normal primer so idk 🤷♂️. I'll be interested to see your results. Whatever you used seems to have worked relatively well
Hey! Im powder coater from finland. Your content is awesome and it has helped me a lot from the beginning. But i dont get that why sometimes my parts have like "bubbles" when i put the first coat on? Can you help me please?
Good work, I don't care for the "chrome" powders as they always look like an attempt at plating plastic, which never looks right.
I like powder coat content and wheel content!! I’m no powder coated tho

Being on the wheel content, this is fun.
Would an outgas primer have helped at all?

outgas prime was applied and didnt help. Once again this was only on ONE wheel face that there was an issue
So how did you solve the problem??

Damn you’re Batman now
Always
What did you do? Sand down the bumps and hit it again?
No I eventually tried a new type of outgas primer that was a sample from a company. Expect a video on it mid August after testing is done

because you must do aluminium parts outgasing for 1,5h in the ofen. 200 grad celsius.
