Will the bursa swelling go away with reducing the stress. The pads on the tailors bunion makes the shoe fits tighter and it hurts it more. I tried orthotics for pronation but it rolled the foot outward and put more pressure on it. Is there one with mild pronation correction ?

I think ever since I was a little kid I have a bunionette in both feet, I don’t feel any discomfort or pain at all, I just don’t think it looks good 😭 that has been bothering me a lot lately
