Calisthenics Motivation [2020] | Crazy Calisthenics Training in Gymnastics Gym

- My Calisthenics Motivation video. All the clips were taken between 2017 and 2018 in INEFC gymnastic gym in Barcelona. At that time, my bodyweight was 77-78 kg and my height was 1.80 m. I was training full Calisthenics and aiming to get stronger at static elements.
And yeah, and before anyone comments, I had never done a single squat by then. So I don't want to see any comment like "He does all that because he has no legs". My priorities were to get better at static elements, and being 1.80 m and weighting 78 kg doesn't make it easy.
My workout was based on many of the exercises you will see in the video. Hope you find your motivation to keep pushing! I've always been very strong at pulling elements and struggled a lot with planche, genetic rules.

You're one of the most underrated calisthenics athlete out there. The skills you achieved and the weights you do now are just phenomenal!
Thanks mate!!
That is because he is not an influencer he just do it for him and want to be the best, not for views
Yesss
I usually dont say this to a man. But when You did the maltese flies i thought to myself that this is the best physique i can think of. Much more impressiv than any bodybuilder/fitness dude ive ever seen
Hahajajahahah 😂😂😂 huge thanks man!
I'm so happy that you started a UA-cam channel 😭🔥
The same
You gotta be one of strongest, if not THE strongest cali athlete I've seen. Every clip in that video was literally phenomenal!
You should check out the Olympic still rings athletes, you will be amazed.
@@fazebot2405 they are 5'5" 60kg or under though.
Him and Baki are both strong asf
@@unnaturalatrophy5377still strong
Muchas gracias!!!
As someone who's closing in on the cross, it's motivating to see someone near my height achieve so much more
Thanks mate!!
Thought I'd share this, but have managed to get to full cross pullouts with a mini band for 3x5. Should have tagged you on Instagram for it! 😂
Superhuman strenght, pure inspiration.
So iam 1.83 and i am struggling to do planche and People Tell me its hard at my lenght. Seeing that your 1.80m and Being able to perform these exercises gives me a lot of Motivation man thanks
😳 impressive. You are one of the most complete athlete imo. Did you do specific training for skills or by transfer from weighted training?
I did specific static exercises training, no weighted by then
@@perecollfdz thanks 🙏🔥
He's amazing at pulling and way better at that compared to his push elements. So I wouldn't say most complete. Just saying :)
@@deadlyalpaca8548 i said "one of the most complete" not "the most complete". It's impossible to excel in every aspect of calis. Just saying
@@raffaeleb5202 exactly. But still not one of the most complete because he has no push skills like planche (only straddle which is much much easier than Victorian or Pineda like he does). So his pull is much stronger than his push therefore he's not really complete.. but that's not a negative thing.
Damnn bro i knew you were a weighted calisthenics beast but didin't know you could do fancy stuff like that as well. That HSPU on the straight bar looks sick! Also the front lever touch with rolling was crazy impressive!
Strong - Complete - Perfect Technique.
Thanks you for motivation 💪
Gymnasts are, hands down, the most impressive athletes on the planet.
This amazing man God bless you hope you get even stronger im 190cm and 85kg training to get to that point one day God willingly
Sheesh. Your amazing. Keep up the hard work. I'm gonna transition from bar to rings and your an inspiration.
2:30 form didn't look bad at all man! Very solid physique
Huge respect man, you deserve so much more attention. Keep it up
The most complete calisthenic athlete in the world
You are crazy strong. Thanks for the motivation.
Insane vid bro keep it up loved it
Gracias, crack!
Super human power mode - activated 💪💪💪
dude you're awesome ... How can you be so complete? Tell me how do you share your training of static movements and street lifting (strength)? 😱
Being strong at streetlifting makes you stronger in statics so... Ahhaha
What is street lifting? Sorry im new in calistenics I don’t understand
@@niko3914 its basicly weighted cali
You're a monster man.
Quina bèstia parda estàs fet germà! 💪🏼💥
Ahhahahahhaha graaan Isaac!!!
Que bestia! Animal! Mastodonte! Titan! Respect!! 💪
Man I love this video such beautiful and hard elements performed with an aesthetics body (no homo here haha). Btw what's the importance of core training according to you ?
😂😂🙄 thanks! I used to specifically train core every single day by then (basically with plank and static elements). There is a point where you core neednt get stronger if its just for calisthenics. Now that i do heavy squats, i need to add deadlift or something to strengthen core more.
Great athlete indeed !
God dam beast keep training man
wtfff u are extremly strong for ur height and weight
one day I’ll have those skills
Beast mode: on
hey man which of these 3 methods would you recommend to get brutally strong at weighted pull ups? 3 sets of 5 or 6, Reverse pyramid training(dropping the weight increasing the reps each set with full rest between: first set 3-5 reps / second set 5-8/ third set 8+. Or third method is dropsets like reverse pyramid but without resting, go straight for 30kg max reps drop a plate 20kg and bodyweight reps max etc for 1 round ou more rounds? would be glad to know your answer on it 🙏 big inspiration for me
What I do is the third method and I have never tried the others because the first works for me (also I like to have proper rest between sets and the others are like more stressing) :)
Pere Coll so the 3 sets of 5 for example with same weight all sets?
Yess, i do that
Muchas gracias!! Sinceramente comia lo que me apetecia ;)
What a beast! 🔥
Vaya maquina hermano!
gracias!!!
THE BEST!
Bro u just got a new subscriber...would like to see some diet tips and foods that calisthenics athletes eat , do u take supplements?? Or pre and post workout drinks
I dont take any supplements or post/pre workout drinks.
Then u r so great...... It's hard to believe but it's ok no offense
Why?
@@perecollfdz nothing!!!!
Where u get all those proteins for ur great body .....it's a lot of whole food right!!! Just curious ..bro
Hahahaha eggs, meat, tuna, chicken and fresh cheese 😂
Full of motivation
Holy fucking shit, mad inspirational🔥
Very nice video 💪💪💪💪💪💪
Monster...
BEAST! Did you use to do gymnastics? or was this all from calisthenics training
Only Calisthenics!!!!
@@perecollfdz amazing I can't wait to see how far Cali athletes will be able to push this
Amazing 🔥🔥💯
I have a question about this great video: how has your neck been impacted by this type of training?
BEAST!
Wow,aesthetic and tall ❤
Amazing! By the way, do you prefer RAD or LGD when supplementing?
I dont use supplementation
Beast bro!🔥🔥🔥from chileTips for aron Cross?
Do lots of pull ups and front levers
Woooow!!!!..... Excelente.
beast !!
Do gymnasts count their macros?
Strong!
wooow mann you are so stronnnggg GG !
Have you stopped working on the skills when starting streetlifting or you're combining the two?
Combining!!!
I still don't know what planet you're from.
New subscriber!Height and weight?
Thanks! Its at the end of the video and in the description 😒😒
When did you start gymnastics please ? thanks in advance
Did you count calories? If not, how did you stay lean and became insanely strong?
I only count when approaching competitions. I just eat more or less clean by nature :)
Pere Coll I assume that you eat a lot because you are a beast!
How often per week did you train back then?
Did you train heavy squats at this time?
Nope, not at that time
beast
Can you still do some statics?
Of course i can lol ahahhaha
I like how your friends keep trolling you
Hey great beast how tall are you?
180cm
You were so strong in skills ?so no skills anymore ?
But your weak point was planche ?even while you could dips 100 kg ?
And viction cross on rings wasnt clean ! But body weghit 77 and 1.80m make things harder 😮
So now whats your PRs ?
And only focus on streetlifting ?
Do you follow any certain diet plan?
No strict diet, i just eat properly
@@perecollfdz do you take protein supplements or just from food??
I nearly never take. When it get closer to competitions I may take in case i dont reach the desired daily prots amount.
🤸🏻♂️💪🏻
Where are you from Pere.
Spain
In your opinion, can the calisthenics player participate in the artistic gymnastics championship
I don't think so, calisthenics is kinda like the noob version of gymnastics
@@samuelfvalim7418 noop.
Yes.
2:25 what is the problem with the form?? I think is good but is something wrong with that or what??
No I think he just wrote it because it was pretty nice
Well its bad compared to a streetlifting form. Cause with that form you can't dip much weight.
Stronk
2:30 this gymnast is super strong, yet he still struggled in dips 100kg. Then you can tell how strong is the strongest calisthenics athlete, Sơn Hanma from Việt Nam, who is not a gymnast, that perform a dips 170kg in this video ua-cam.com/users/shortsnx6kUXsMl5Q like nothing, crazy
bro I was like 18-19 years old. Now i dip 170 too
@@perecollfdz Sơn Hanma thinks his 170kg dips was the record that no 70kg man can break it. Will you give him a challenge ?
