The President recently said he was brought as Presbyterian but he now claims to be a non-denominational Christian. He has also surrounded himself with very devout Christians like Mike Pence and Ben Carson. I believe both he and his wife have changed spiritually since coming into office. We all have to continue to grow!

With God we can get through this. I pray for the country, for the President and the ones that don’t know God. I am like Phil I am not scared of the pandemic because I am right with the Lord. My mother passed away in March and we had to wait on her Memorial service because of the state shutdown. We have scheduled for the 14th and if we get issue I am going to say it’s a peaceful protest.

She had mask on but looked terrified, barely open the store door. And said r u looking to come in ?
(Duh), I said yes, but I had to take pity of this 20 year old terrified young woman, and I said, "thats OK, i see your paranoid, i will go buy elsewhere ", she said she sorry if she seems rude, but her husband just had heart surgery".
I looked at her, to say like, "and?"
But again her fear of contacting covid was close to hysteria, waved goodbye, and drove away.

I haven't seen the video of President Trump dancing but I believe he was happy and enjoying the moment... Wow...he is human! .. He isn't a politician, as usual he's not guarded and doesn't have to be concerned about spinning anything and I love his transparency, even though it gets him in a little bit of hot water at times!..I love this PRESIDENT! Let's allow him to be happy! I'm praying and believing he is still our President for another 4!
I got the booster shot, two vaccinations, wore gloves, masks plus social distancing and still got covid more than once.
When I retire, im gonna let my beard grow and start talking slowly. In not trying to copy them but I just want to relax and live.

I’m watching this after casting my vote for President Trump. There was a person across from the polling booth with a sign ... vote love. I thought love of God, love of family, love of country ... yup I voted love. Guess it would work into most people’s philosophy. Everyone loves. Jesus walked among the lepers a pandemic did not stop his love, his healing or his ministry.

Great discussion guys! Phil has so much knowledge, Jase I have been in the shoes of someone hopeless and at the time of the abuse my eyes were not open. Suicide seemed like the best way out. However there was always a voice in my head that spoke over all the darkness. I believe it was the Holy spirit. God is so good. I know I am alive today because my sweet grandmother had always prayed for me, because I listened to the voice of truth rather than everyone else who told me I was worthless and that I wouldn't make it. BUT GOD! Amen thanks for sharing.
In response to Jase's question (John 14:10-12), From my perspective, while disciplining the apostles, Jesus demonstrated how to love others and how to allow God to work in us and through us to do our parts to "heal the world". (Heb.) Tikkun Olam
A good friend of mine said it this way, God gets His glory when we do what He designed each of us to do. That being said, from Mathew 4:19 and 28:16-20, seek the lost, share the gospel, connect new disciples to service, and rais them up to make more disciples. It's our responsibility to do our parts to make sure future generations do not see fit to do what they see is right in their own eyes.

I had covid-19 in December of 2019. Went in hospital for 3 weeks of January 2020. I almost died. It turned out I had covid-19 that our government did see the need to let us know about.

Zach does not know Donald Trump’s heart. He’s a baby in the faith. He makes mistakes like all of us do. He needs our prayers. He is the most pro-Christian and pro-life president ever. Let’s pray for him that he will grow in his faith.
I love these guys; they are good people. I don't agree with everything, but I don't need to. I see my mask-wearing as an extension of my faith to love and serve others as Christ - not out of fear, but out of love for my neighbor. I'm also not voting for Trump for reasons I feel strongly about, but won't bring up now. I just hope we can continue loving each other. America is a wonderful and diverse place and I pray it may continue to be a place where we continue practicing loving our neighbor - even if we don't always agree with each other politically.

We must turn that other cheek and forge ahead with a positive attitude and never forget to have Faith, that will be your saving grace. These are my revelations of late that have been missing in my life. The Lord brought me here and I must pay attention and grow in this knowledge...
They are so right about the lines... Im FTW TX & I have tried to go vote early about 4 times the past week. Each time I go to the Johnson County sub courthouse there is a line wrapped almost all the way around the building. As badly as I wanted to get my vote done with I just couldn't stand in line for 3+hrs. Im getting up at 6AM tomorrow & hopefully I will be one of the first in line. Im 34 yrs old & I have been around for a few elections & I have never seen voter turnout like his before.
