- Hello and welcome back to our Transport Fever 2 series!
It's time for our latest instalment of our Race To The North series where today's episode is going to be mainly focused around passenger transportation. Our goods trucks are clogging up the roads, and with the amount of cars now on the roads it's beginning to cause a fuss!
This means the construction of some new railways to quickly get people across Scotland. Money is no longer an object and so these mountains and valleys are going to be no match for us! Bring it on Scotland!

Joe you should have used the flying Scotsman
When the time comes, for Dundee you should add some NX or Xplore Dundee Geminis for the buses that run round the city, it would be like a mini version of my bus :D, another funny thing is where you’ve placed the train station in Dundee is basically right on top of my house in real life 🤣

You should add an entrance and exit for your truck freight. May ease the congestion at the entrances
2:59 yes joe there is a moterway linking Edinburgh and Glasgow the M8 basically slices glasgow up cutting right through the middle
You can put waypoints on extra entrances to the truck places to make certain trucks use them

You should purchase some famous steam locos when they come out like the Flying Scotsman, Mallard, Tornado etc
The bridge pillar is colliding with the houses on the left, you need to delete them first before placing the bridges 12:17
28:44 it's better to put that second street access at the back and connecting that to the road that has the bridge on it and you can put a road on the other side of the bridge back (top left) down to that road

25:51 there is 2+1 road which you have now, I saw a car getting stuck in your truck traffic, it may be better to use it on both sides (2 lanes going towards the station and one line out)
build anyway mod, will save you from the collision headache tf2 throws at you. Another option is to build the bridge the second + rail , road etc. in 25m or less segments you can get around pillars being placed but it must be built in the correct order according to the game its a bit more fiddly then the build anyway mod.
What if you had an express bus using the new motorway to Edinburgh?
Wouldn't that just compete with the train and take passengers from the railways? :o
When Voyagers and 800s and 90/1s come in have them speed from London to Edingurgh then turn around and head into Dundee and back? have XC go from Plymouth to it

Unrelated to transport fever but transdev blackburn are sadly replacing their B10s on the 15th and 16th of june, theres an article on the transdev website. i wish i would be able to see them, but i live in kent. it is the saddest end of an era in't it joe?
Could you download a bridge supports mod to add support to your floating bridges?

Hi. I have watch a few of your videos and while I do enjoy the game can I just say your building and play style is absolutely hectic. Always seems like you're in a rush. Clearly it works as you are making money. One thing that really baffles me is you limit the train track speed on the longer runs surely they can go faster
