I agree with Jon about the wedding invite. If she’s a friend you should have that conversation before sending the invite or else she could assume she gets a plus one. Plus why would you want there to be any secrecy or drama about it? Seems like that could get messy. Be kind but be straight up. We did that for a friend at our wedding and she completely understood and we are still friends to this day
100% think the girl should reach out to the friend about not inviting her fiancé to her wedding. My cousin just had a wedding and my brother’s girlfriend (baby mama) wasn’t suppose to come. The invite only said his name and he brought the girlfriend.

I completely agree with Jon about the wedding invitation. If you send the invitation with only her name on it, she'll either assume she gets a plus 1 and show up with him or it's going to make uncomfortable drama if she has to ask about it. If I was in the shoes of the girl receiving the invitation, I would hate having to bring it up to the bride. There's no avoiding the drama so it's more mature to just say "hey, I'm sending you an invite to the wedding. The guest list is very limited and not all significant others are invited if we're not close with them so the invite is only for you."

I have a fear of flying and I got a prescription for it.
It’s hydroxyzine and if I take a full pill I knock out but if I take a half then I am care free. It’s almost like the silly gas at the dentist where it makes you not care. 10/10 recommend!

Out of pocket prices for health care are actually not bad. You have to ask for the out of pocket price if they are billing you thinking it’s being covered by insurance it’s up charged quite a bit. I learned this from using sidecar health for my health insurance.

I'm like John now with planes. I have been flying by myself since I was 5 years old back and forth from California to Oregon with NO issues until the last 5 years. Now my anxiety is SO bad I just immediately think the plane is going down or not gonna make it. It's Terrible. 😞 have a flight to Cali from Washington state in September and I'm already trippen on it
