No worries. I stupidly ate a quarter bar and was almost in the fetal position for a half hour. It still gives me the shakes. This chocolate was made for inflicting pain and pain only.

I used one of the same knives later that day in a different shoot and could actually feel the spice off it.

When you have something that hot, you really do need to be careful about cross contamination or getting your unwashed hands near your eyes. Stuff like that can send you to the hospital if you're not careful.

Everything about this video is still great. Niall's brutal honesty about how he bad is with spice is priceless, and then a glass of milk in each hand :). Shannon and Justine just take the whole thing in stride and find the humour in it, despite the taste and pain. They're like a couple of giggly drunks at the end of a bender, but from spice. Poor Donal, despite his obvious discomfort, still managed to entertain the audience. Éadaoin is just so composed and classy, I think that pep talk Ciara gave her long ago in the nut video was on her mind. And Lolsy, poor Lolsy, we missed you. But you came back with a smile like a pro. A great crew for this video.
Eadaoin spent so much time with Ciara on that Spicy Nut Challenge that’s she’s absorbed some of Ciara’s powers. 😂
