- I get asked a lot about my favorite concealer for dark under eye circles and the truth is, I recommend using an undereye color corrector with a concealer to best conceal dark under eye circles. Today I go over 8 different correctors and share with you which one is my favorite.

**Disclosure** I know there is a heavy filter on this video. This was never my intention. I didn't realize my camera had a built in face filter and it somehow got turned on. I do plan to record an updated video on this topic at some point, especially with several new underage correctors that have hit the market.

Video would be better if the blurring filter wasn't used. You can litterally see it activating and deactivating. Let the people see the detail
Please read the description and my pinned comment.
Love your honesty and raw reviews!! So informative
Thanks so much! That is very sweet
Thank you for this in depth review...I will refer to it again and again!
I am planning to do an update with some new releases in the next few weeks.
If you have a darker skintone you can use a red color corrector, i know Maybelline used to make one. Or u can try using a 💄
Great review! Thank you so much
Glad it was helpful!
Love this video
I think you’ll like the sigma then. And don’t underestimate the makeup revolution. Unless you have oily undereyes, it’s a really good product. And only $8
That is a very helpful video. Thanks for the review.
I am glad you found it helpful
Great comparison! The CT medium has been my goto, but I'm interested in trying the Huda Beauty one. By the way, the light in the original Becca was a light pink and more of a brightener.
Thanks for the info on the Becca. I never had the original, so I only know what I read in research. The Huda one is fantastic. I have a video on it. I am also planning to do an updated version of this video, as I didn't realize I had the filter on in my camera when I filmed. That and there are a few new ones out which are really good.
This video comes at a great time. I have the Milani but it doesn’t seem to work well for me. Was torn between CT and Bobbi Brown. Wonderful video. Fairly new subscriber who’s hitting 60 (ugh) so this is invaluable.
Glad it was helpful! I highly recommend the Charlotte Tilbury one then. I prefer the medium shade over the fair and it just came back in stock.
Thank You so much!!! Very helpful!!!
Thank you. I am planning an updated video on this. There have been some good new ones come out and also, I didn’t realize my filter was on through my camera. TBH I didn’t know my camera had a filter 🤷🏼♀️😂
I have hereditary dark circles so colour correctors are essential to me. I am using the Sigma one at the moment, but have used up the Bobbi brown one in the pan rather than the stick, NARS and the Becca x Smashbox ones and liked them all. I want to try the new Huda one and also the Natasha Denona one. Tarte, ELF, Sephora collection and Givenchy also seem to do colour correctors which I plan to try at some point too.
Thanks for sharing!! I will be redoing this video in the near future to add the Huda and Natasha Denona ones which I think are great. I may add one or two others as well
Why use a beauty filter to show the effect on dark circles?!

I've tried most of these products. And I can tell you honestly that mostly all of them did not work well for various reasons. So watching this video where you liked everything you tried, makes me sceptical. It also makes me wonder about the transparency and honesty of your reviews.
It would have been nice if you explained how each product wore over time. And also explained how each product is supposed to be applied such as sponge, brush, finger..
Out of LA girl, milani, tarte, bobbi brown, Becca, & CT (to name a few) CT is my fave for my undereye hollows. Do you have a favorite go-to eye look?
Same. For me it covers the best and wears well under concealer.
For go to eye look, do you mean eyeshadow?
Yes, wondering what's your go to eyeshadow look that makes your eye color stand out the most? I have blue/green eyes & am always looking for ways to make them stand out.
@@Nycd617 ok. I need to do a video on this because I get asked this a lot.
For the most part, I go in with a transition shade, then an outer corner (darker) shade and usually will blend this into the crease. Then I go in with a shimmer on the lid. And then a light shimmer on the inner corner and browbone. It’s very basic, but as I’ve practiced it, I’ve gotten better and now I experiment with more color. But it’s usually this method. I’m not creative, but as I have practiced, I’ve gotten better and therefore more confident
I have very pale skin, and I may need a rose pink under eye corrector. Do they have sunscreen for protection? Or hypo allergic ? By the way, Shannon, can you make a video review on liquid foundations? Thanks for sharing.
Working on some videos for foundations. Breaking them up into types of coverage.
And yes, light pink should work unless you have really dark circles. I really like the pink one from Milani or the one from makeup revolution.
@@shannonlovesmakeup is it OK to use an eye corrector even if I don't have any dark circles in my eyes?
I just love the CT… if I don’t have it on, there is a big difference.
I completely agree
What do you use for an eye cream?
My main eye cream is from Obagi. But I alternate with with others that I receive in PR.
I hear that BeautyPie has a corrector that is very similar to Becca's. Ever try it?
I haven’t. I have yet to try anything from Beauty Pie. Jen Phelps has some good videos on them though
what concealer do you like with your favorite corrector?
My favorite combo is the Charlotte tilbury for both. I’m on vacation right now and that’s what I brought with me.
I'm sorry, but very disappointed with your utube video reviews... I've watched several of them, and noticed you use a filter blur rite near your eyes, so how on earth can we see the review properly? I wish you would make you review videos without a filter blur please so we can see the real results. Please watch it back yourself and you will see what I mean... I noticed several other comments have mentioned it aswell... very noticeable.
Hope in the future you do videos without a filter, or honestly what is the point? (Sorry to moan, but just had yo mention it!!)
Thank you x
I already addressed this below in a comment and in the description box.
