I really needed to hear this video at this point. One thing I think everyone forgets is just sit with your pets and observe them watch their behaviour their actions. It reminds me that life can be so pure not to sound cheesy or anything. 🩷😂
I love you so much and I need you to know that you’ve impacted so many peoples lives in the best way possible. Please never stop what you’re doing. You make my day so much better and I aspire to be like you.❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
i'm literally in a slump right now due to year 12 hsc exams, (i have my first exam in 6 days, im so scaredddd) been studying lots lately and i needed this so bad however feeling guilty when i dont study for a while. i guess we're all going through this at the moment! love the idea of rediscovering a hobby! recently colouring has been one of mine, i used to be quite a good artist myself and kinda fell off when i got to high school as it just got too busy, but love u so much for this video bringing me back to life. love u girl, keep up the content xx
Thank you for this video it has really helped me and even motivated me to change my room around! Im so excited that your uploading twice a week noww! ❤
Ok so I have 2 kinda niche tips but they help me: First, peppermint oil. I love this scent, and it really helps uplift me for some reason. I pop it on my wrists, but also use it around the house (a few drops in the bin, the toilet, or mixed with water and spritzed on the carpet or bedding). It makes the place smell fresh and clean, even if it isn’t, which can help motivate me to actually get the house or other things in my life in order. Second is more of a mantra/reminder I try to tell myself, and it’s the 3-day rule. If I am trying to break a slump I need 3 days of consistency to get back into gear. So if I keep encouraging myself to just get through 3 days of better habits, I know I’ll feel better for it on the other side. So that might mean getting out of the house every day for 3 days (however briefly) and even if I don’t want to; or practicing some moderation with my snacking, because I know that eating an entire block of chocolate won’t make me feel better longterm, and those cravings will subside if I can avoid them for 3 days. I hope this helps someone, and thanks for this video! 💗
peppermint in general is so good, i love sipping peppermint tea or chewing on mints when i'm overwhelmed and it helps calm you down so much!! such great tips, thankyou for sharing bestie 🤍🤍🤍
Great video as always ❤ my tip is pretty simple but when i’m in a slump i make a list of 3 things i want to do and i usually can do them more easily because it’s written. I like to start by small and enjoyable things and everyday i choose bigger things to do if i’m doing better
Thanks, such good advice x your so sweet..im a 53 yr old theatre nurse that does long hours and I'm definitely feeling in a slump..I also clean to music and play with my cockatiel Eddie..
Look honestly l don’t know if this will help anyone but l figured out that my room was a mess and that’s why l wasn’t feeling well so what l did was l continued this video in the background and gave myself the challenge of finishing cleaning my bedroom before the video ends.. and look it doesn’t have to be perfect but asking as there is progress then it counts!!! Wishing you all the best
If you have to study, get out of your dorm. Study outside. Reserve a study room at the library-study with friends! Get a coffee at Starbucks and romanticize learning again. ❤
This is so random but sometimes when I’m in a slump like halfway through the day I literally crave cleaning in my room, and then I will and it motivates me to go and get out of the slump... is that normal?
First to view and comment and like. Sorry I posted this before I saw you saying don’t say first and seconds I’ve got a list of a few tips below. If you’re in neuro divergent (adhd autism ect )like me don’t say I need to get this done in this amount of time. Say can I get this done in this amount of time and put on a song and try and do what you’re doing before the song ends ? It really helps me. Also another tip is just drive somewhere with nice scenery put some music on and then come back. Go for like 30 minutes to an hour. It helps.
