I special ordered a Canyon AT4 in July of '23...Following all of the carnage of the strike, production delays, software hold issues, and 'quality control' delays, I took delivery of a '24 on March 30th. Granted, I got screwed on the trade-in of my '17 Z71 Colorado - which had the "I'm NOT giving you the back the ignition key for 10 minutes" issue, but 7.5% financing on the remainder, despite a 799 credit score, and $5,000.00 additional at signing - made me a bit ill. I get decent gas mileage on the highway - around 24, but it literally drops in half when towing my 3000# RPod camper. I love my new truck, get plenty of compliments on the styling, which I was willing to pay the GMC premium for over a Colorado. As far as interior room, I'm 5'10", 165#...if you're not fat, a midsize truck is plenty roomy...
I bought one brand new in May of 2023 that I ordered. Worst truck I’ve ever owned. Numerous issues. Screens bricked up. Trailer break controller failed. Terrible fuel economy. Heck, they couldn’t even be bothered to hook up the under camera wiper lines from The factory. I ended up getting rid of it after 4 months.
It's funny when I just drove my wife's 2020 Ridgeline for over 150 hwy trip Cruising with and past the Average, It Got 27 mpgs AWD, Without the Duramax it's DEAD.
We have a 2016 Colorado wit the baby duramax and its been an extremely reliable engine. We have over 150k on it with zero issues. They should have kept that baby diesel option
Still glad I bought my 22 v6 canyon I had a Camaro with the same engine and it never gave me any issues in the 12 years i owned it, it definitely isn’t as cool inside but still has apple car play so I’m ok lol
🏆Are there other mid-size trucks that you think offer a better value proposition than Canyon?🤔

This is not FACT ... it's just your unprofessional opinion.
For not that much more money, I got a v8 sierra evolution. Love the v8 and all the comfort of a full-size truck.
Funny how sales are up for the canyon. Maybe get your facts straight.

Uhhhh one reason... Too much money? Maybe? Ya think?
love the truck, but its the same price as a full size. Auto sector is a mess
I had an Edition 1 for about 6 months. Great ride and very capable off-road. Just too small inside. Also the tech is so-so.

The Ridgeline is a great suv!
At a glance it looks like a Tacoma. Sadly both are now 💩 turdbo.
But they are selling actually they are selling as fast as the dealerships get them.

Every Chevy I’ve bought the Air conditioner went out and I have friends that had same problem…. Dose it save money if you never fix the problems?
Too expensive for a small truck.

It’s not selling because it’s GM, Government Motors Junk!
