Thank you for posting the two videos about the pivot door. We have been battling with the hardware for nearly a year and after watching your videos, we had it fixed in 15 minutes! Thanks again.
I have the same problem. I bought a nut from the local hardware store to put at the top of threaded stud but it wouldn’t clear the internal screw heads that attach the track to the door header. When I got home I ground it pretty much to half the original thickness with my belt sander. & installed it with no problems. However the nut, due to road vibration, worked it loose on my next trip. I just went to WalletMart and bought a tube of blue Lock-tight& coated the nut and shaft that goes through trolley. So far so good. Hopefully it’ll hold till I get home, if not I’m trying your fix next!!!
