Actually don't have to hold down menu, you just press select to change the over clock on the main screen.
Did you used to have to hold it? I swear I got that from somewhere lol
@@scaryifliteral You may be mixing it up with how you hold it for brightness with volume, not sure if it used to be that way before. The holding it to switch between recent and main menu is pretty nice, a good compromise between people who like the Miyoo onion os behavior when playing the same games and people who are just trying a bunch of games out.
What’s got me curious is why Anbernic won’t release the source code to allow for bug fixing. GarlicOS is clearly superior, and BlackSeraph has form for doing a far better job on the system than the original programmers. Considering he’s effectively doing this one without any reference, the end result is astonishingly good.
Only thing I can think of is that they knowingly ripped off someone else’s code.

Right as your video came out, Garlic OS was just updated to 1.0.3. They cannot be stopped.

Is there any fixes for the garlic boot screen loop on new purple devices? I know this sounds crazy but it’s a thing apparently 😂

Its def great addition, but also buggy.
stock fw is suffice to straight play your games. If you get yours after Feb2023, you also got newest fw with scaling feature which is nice for GB family libraries. Unless you always have spare time every week to tune up and figuring out whats acting up after set up a thing in retroarch.

look for tate mode on retroarch.
This is on rg35xx is quite buggy. The menu button has to be pressed a dozen times before it exits the game. This issue is not addressed ever.

After installing GarlicOs my button commands aren’t the same as before and it’s frustrating while playing games like super Mario. Is there a setting to change it back to how it was before?

I hope someone answers me, I downloaded the neogeo bios and put it in the folder where I inserted the neogeo games ( sd 128), all happy I put the sd 128 on my rg35xx, I go on console, I see the icon of the neogeo, I enter but I do not appear the games. What should I do?
garlic os? are your roms compressed as .zip?
@@joaoboccoli Yes I compressed them in .zip and now I can see them, thanks but now when I try to play a certain game for the neogeo I close automatically. Do you think it's a problem with the ROM or the BIOS I installed?
