Jack handling Mac is funny to me. Because clearly Jack has worked with Mac long enough to know that he needs certain things for a reason, but Jack also puts up "fight."

As someone who is a huge fan of the original MacGyver, I can say this is fucking hilarious and great. The “anywhere but here” gave me flashbacks to an episode where Mac was hanging off the bottom of a ski lift with that same fear. Lmao

I love the original MacGyver alot. Been a fan of it my entire life. I watched this MacGyver show and I got to say it isn't as bad as I thought it will be. I love it when he breaks someone's phone. While I dont like the theme song of the reboot (nothing beats the originals theme) I love this show. And the actor of the new one does a good MacGyver. Not better than Richard Dean Anderson but still good. Overall I like this show not as much as the original but I like it
Exactly how i feel about the show, its still good, but somehow there is something lacking or missing, maybe it didn't capture the heart and soul of the character, the humble kinda introvert polite shy type, or just the charm that only RDA can give. Watched all the episodes of MacGyver both original and reboot, missing a new one hopefully, netflix can produce a 6th season of the reboot
Mac and Jack was the show man. two whole seasons of those two bickering on and on was so wholesome

@@syahhenderson I was hoping about that too but then I read an interview Richard did and he say he didn't like the reboot at all because there were "too many guns" on it. I think to be fair, technology plays a very big role in this reboot and guns in a sense, are necessary to carry out the plot. Loved the original, used to watched it with my brother. I would never ever forget the ants episode, I don't know why. But for me, it's a pretty good reboot, and the casting is on point. It's a pity that they cancelled it after that many seasons. I hope another network picks it up and continues it just as they did with so many other good shows....

It's a remake, not continuation. The main character is still Angus MacGyver. But there's a lot of new main characters worth watching, e.g. Riley Davis! 😊
