Grafting with Parafilm in Summer Heat

I grafted several peach trees this July, wrapping the scions and buds in parafilm, leaving the grafts exposed to some of the hottest days we experience in the summer here in Indiana. It has been six weeks since the grafts were made, so now we can see how well the parafilm held up in the heat, and how well the buds pushed through the parafilm.
