Numark NS7iii dashboard problem

The right screen on my Numark dashboard is not working. The problem persists on both windows and Mac.

I have a similar problem except my right screen gives an error message. This happened more than 3 years ago and I just deal with it… 😠 but I ain’t happy about it.

Did you download the frimware from Nummark for the DashBoard. It runs a small Program for it to run.

Yes, I tried that. My firmware is up-to-date. unfortunately I haven’t been able to fix this. I reached out to Numark, but they weren’t much help.
