Whats really sad is they came so so so close to getting out in season 4.
Of all the people in Jax's life he couldnt afford to lose, Tara was at the top of the list. Her death ended him. There was no recovering after that.
What I never understood is why he cheated on her if he loved her. And I’ve never watched the show so if you or anyone else could explain that concept to me that would great 😭
@rosaliedoane1534 first off, the only time he ever cheated was in season 6. He didn't cheat on her from seasons 1-5. And secondly, a guy cheating is not that big a deal. A guy is perfectly capable of messing around and still loving his wife.
well I’m sorry I just never understood that, I just don’t get why he would do it if he knew it would just hurt her in the process. Plus I never said that he cheated on her multiple times or anything. And again I’d never watched the show before only clips so excuse me for getting something wrong and just asking a question 😭
Opies death changed him but Tara's death broke him. And then to find out his mom did it, there was no healing from that.
@@kevinmeeks5169 no. Opies death unleashed his inner anger. Tara's death is what killed him. He was broken going into season 7.
Man Jax loved that girl with all his ❤️ even tho he fucked up on numerous occasions he was down for that girl, she will forever be his old lady
Remember in season 4 when Tara was almost kidnapped, Jax was fighting them off and covered her when one of them pointed his gun at them. I couldnt see Jax doing that for any other woman, not even Gemma.

Jax was ride or die for Opie but Tara was all of him soulmate (Romeo and Juliet) but Gemma killed that for him

They're my all time fave couple but they're pretty hated. Especially Tara :( and I'm glad some people are showing them the appreciation they deserve!

I think they should have been able to get away with their boys and live happy I hate the way this show ended I invested so much into this couple they have so much chemistry between them shouldn't have ended like it did

@@dobryvaz1744 it doesn’t seem all that bad tbh. i just think sons set the standard for mayans a bit high and its not really living up to the hype cuz its just not sons.

@@dobryvaz1744 It's better than nothing surely, but i agree that Mayans isn't near as good as Sons. And the buildups are just not that good, I mean it jumps from one thing to the other & suddenly everything changed, i liked how in SOA all storylines were build up nicely and all. And now Kurt sutter fired from Mayans it's not with the same spirit anymore. Let's see if that last seasons of Mayans can be worth it.

I was/am a huge fan of SOA and Tara gave the story of Jax humanity even tho bikers are so often depicted as brain dead thugs. Brain dead bikers have their place but they're not the norm. I have the complete fancy box CD set and after this I'm taking it out and watch it all once again.
All Tara ever wanted was Jax. Unfortunately, she couldnt have him without the club.

I just finished The episode of Tara's death, and i'm so devasted... since ep one I love Jax-Tara as couple - they complet each other in any way- SOA loses a Lot o meaning without Tara.

He was married to Wendy, and it was confirmed in the first episode when Jax was talking to Gemma on the phone, or they were getting a divorce. I felt like his marriage to Wendy was pressured by Gemma so he could have children especially a boy to possibly take over the club one day
I think he was likely married to Wendy for about a year though they never said. But I have a feeling he was never faithful to Wendy so doubt it slowed him down much.
He was a hoe period! Tara was the prize and they should’ve wrote in a real love for her. She was too strong and down. After watching the whole series a few times, I hated Jax and loved Tara for who she was.
