not having Jax or Juice in this list is crazy. In my opinion Jax's death is sadder than everyone elses in every aspect. The man lost his wife to his mother, lost his dad to his mother and step dad, lost his bestfriend, basically lost the love for his club, got betrayed by everyone in his family and then had such little happiness in his life that decided and understood than his kids were better off without him which took him to end his life with no hesitation. And he killed himself so that no one in the club would have to keep living with the weight of his death on their mind... In my opinion Jax has one of the saddest stories i ever saw on a tv show. Such a well written character, it's not everyday that we see the "good" guy lose. Really was Such a beautiful yet sad story and character.

After Tara and opie Charlie did the best acting of his career the rest of the show, he brought the rage anquish and wanting to just revenge to the max, this show will never be equalled, the acting the emotion, untouchable, I cried many times watching it, last show I wept.
Losing his best friend like that hurt so much though. It changed Jax and his rage led him down the path that eventually cost him his wife so I can understand why they put Opie as #1 because that was a mirror image to Jax losing everything. Opie losing Donna put him on a path of destruction, while losing his dad left him broken. Jax losing ope put him on the destructive path, and losing Tara left him broken because he knew the path of destruction he had been on caused it, so imo that made Opie dying not only sad af but also the catalyst for everything else that happened.
Piney, Bobby, and Opie and Tara was Jax's support for when the club became too much at times. When they were gone, he was spiraling down in a free fall. the way Abel says " I love you Daddy" at the very end, destroyed me...that was heavy.

I don't think Gemma dying was really all that sad as her character arc throughout the shows run proved she needed to die. Jax was the only one that should've done it, so that was more fitting than sad. It did make him realize that his love of family and club meant he had to die though or all of his mistakes would keep hurting the people he loved
Gemma killed Tara because she received the wrong information about Tara. Unser told her that Tara made a deal that would have Jax put away. Unser is at fault too imo.
She was also extremely jealous that Tara had more influence on Jax than she did and had threatened to kill her more than once before that. While unser shares the blame for telling her about it, he was under the impression that Gemma was still capable of restraint and was just misguided by his love for her(which she manipulated him many times just to get his help) and wrongfully believed she wasn't capable of going that far
Gemma also couldn't let go of them grand babies. She was not about to be separated from them under no circumstance. She just could not let it go. Gemma caused an apocalypse of carnage which resulted in her own son's ultimate demise.💔
@@patrickevans9604 The one moment that may have made a difference was when Juice walked in that kitchen and Eli was speaking to Gemma and obviously about to arrest her. If Juice slips out of the house and allows that to happen, the unforseen carnage could have been avoided. But then again, in a split second decision, Juice was not gonna let the Matriarch of the family go to jail. He was lost and perhaps his split second decision may of had him thinking he could regain some respect from Jax and the club. But that decision and the story him and Gemma came up with, ultimately led to the fall of the Teller empire. IMO

Of all the people in Jax's life he couldn't afford to lose, Tara was at the top of the list. Her death ended him. There was no recovering after that.
