Great conversation! All our relatives live in either Adel, Humboldt, or Renwick Iowa… for them the CyberTruck is Alienware.
It is for most people in Iowa right now.
@@iowatesla and I would add, for me, Alienware in a good way. This truck is so advanced it’s otherworldly. I love it. I have an early reservation and could have one in possession now, but I’m waiting for the release of the non-foundation series, and drop the price $20k.

We saw one in Venice FL last week that looked like someone tried to test the “bulletproof” aspect. Then I saw it was a huge decal on the side. It also had a huge Texas Longhorn horns on the hood.
Cool! I’ve seen that truck in photos. Lots of people are shooting it with guns. I guess they think it’s cool. I personally don’t like it.

Near topic question: Last night, due to the violent storms in our area of Iowa, I unplugged my Tesla from my wall connector in my garage in case of a lightning strike. Does anyone else do this? Is it necessary to protect the vehicle?
I’ve never done this. Don’t know if you should or not. Also never heard of lightning causing problems.
@@iowatesla I mainly asked because recently the whole sound system (costing several thousand dollars) at our church had to be replaced due to a lightning strike. Thanks for the reply.

It was a lot faster than I thought it would be.
Now you can park the Cybertruck until you take care of the recall. All cybertrucks are in the recall. Gas pedal will get stuck. Good luck
