*OMG, YOU DID IT! Someone FINALLY Carnivored the Red Lobster biscuits!* 🥰MAY GOD BLESS YOU & KEEP YOU! 🙏🙏You just oughta scale this up & sell those bad boys! I'd buy 'em just like I buy chicharrones. And please, what brand/model# is your food processor? I need a bigger one. my Cuisinart Mini-Prep is too small. But the big Cuisinart is too pricey.
These look gooood!!! I'm going to try separating the eggs, beating the whites to stiff peaks, then proceed as you directed using the yolks, etc. Then last folding in the egg whites... MAYBE it's less dense. A little cheddar shaved onto the tops, if you do dairy. THANK YOU for carning the biscuits!
Well mine were like consistency of a milkshake using the exact recipe. I double up on the pork rinds and cheese, probably still too watery, baked up like cookies instead of a biscuit. Oh well, still pretty good.
I really love your videos! as a fellow carinvore i really appreciate the work youre doing. Im my experience ive seen some brands have a lot of extra ingredients. If you ever get a chance ive had great luck with MACs big bags at walmart. fried pork skin, salt, and natural smoke only
We tried these and they were really good. But … we had to really “get creatively in the aiming process because we weren’t clear on the pork rind amount. Looking at the volume of pork rinds you have in your food processor - how is that only 4 ounces? Do you mean the amount is essentially a whole 4 Oz bag of pork rinds that you grind? Or do you mean to grind up pork rinds until the result weighs 4 ounces? We want to make these again and would really appreciate the clarification. We thank you for all of your amazing recipes!!!!
@ thank you! Making them today! I can’t tell you how impressed and appreciative I am that you actually answer questions! I wish I could subscribe multiple times!! You’re terrific!
love your channel ....and some of your receipes....but ...using pork rinds in everything makes me think of the keto people who use cauliflower and or cottage cheese in everything and go ...yummy......some things should just be remembered as...yummy...
@@CarnivorousChef I want to apologize to you...I should have kept my big ass mouth shut...I do love your channel...just not pork rinds...Sorry !!!!! and I wouldn't use wheat flour if I was starving !!!!
@@JH-th9th Hey there, think about using chicken flour! Likely would have to increase the fat a bit, and maybe the baking powder. Maybe a touch of whey protien isolate (NOT soy!) for texture. Of course it would be experimental - but consider that due penance, lol!

These look like they would be GREAT! I already use pork rinds for “pancakes “ that ROCK and now I will need to try to make these. Yum!

That's great, but how do I make pork rinds myself?
You buy pork rind pellets and deep fry them

It's 4 oz by weight. I would only ever use by volume in cups/tsp, etc.

Does anyone have substitutions for pork rinds? I don't eat pork
Any suggestions for what to do with turkey thigh mince?
you really the 🐐
I don't eat pork. Do you think these could be made with chicken flour instead of the pork rinds, and keep everything else the same?

I mean, feel free to use wheat flour if you want biscuits :)
