I replaced the idle control valve , same problem so today the over volt protection relay has arrived from Germany, This relay can cause these symptoms, in addition the ABS light flashed a couple of times. during low idle. We shall see . Its a great car and i was going to take it to Thailand where i retired , but my Thai wife banned me from doing that saying it is far too sexy to drive in Thailand and girls will jump into the car . Now its nearly ready to go onto the UK road system she says she wants to drive it. The car may yet still end up in Thailand as i am getting an old crinkly grumpy old man 😁 The items covered by this video enhance my knowledge on this car and its systems plus M104 engine.
