Except for the ribs it can be made with food storage! What temperature did you use?
Smoked at 225F, and then boosted to 250F for the last hour.
By the way, everything was from our food storage. I buy butter on sale and freeze it. I did the same with the ribs, so Noriko can have ribs (her favorite meal) once a month, sugar, spices, maple syrup, Sweet Baby Rays, all out of the food storage.
