I have slowly recovered from my Rosacea skin (i.e. healthier skin barrier) and so I can slowly introduce stronger actives in my routine. I explained what product i used to allow me to do that in the osmosis skincare review. So if you used to have rosacea like me, and now skin barrier is healthier, you can definitely introduce AHA/BHA in your routine. However, you also need to see if your skin can tolerant the ordinary peeling solution. It is quite strong. Otherwise, you can try to use lactic acid/mandelic. They are milder compared to Glycolic acid (which is included in the ordinary peeling solution). Listen to how your skin feel :) I hope this is helpful.
sometimes over-cleansing would do more harm than good. But if it works for you, you can keep doing it. But if you need to clean your face 3 times ( i assume to get rid of the oil), maybe your skin telling you its dehydrated. I would maybe try using a more hydrating moisturizer than cleaning your face 3 times...

How many times you use the ordinary exfoliating?
I use it now 1-2 times a week.
@@skincareli thanks😘
Can we use the retinol everynight?
technically yes, but got to ease your skin into it for your skin to get used to it.
@@skincareli thanks. I love your videos.
Hey from ur previous u said to not use AHAs or chemical exfoliates for urs skin so is it okay for me to use the ordinary chemical peel?
