5:29 that's Peninsula Town Center. The people at that Game Stop is nice. They had they had teenagers about a year ago running there take a bunch of stuff and run out. My cousin went to high school with one of them and they were trying to sell the v-bucks cards they stole. I hope people knows how the transaction with cards like that works.
I think I said this in the original, not a 100% on it, but I think something happened with that series x and either that employee or she knows who did it thought the console was bricked or broken in someway and swapped theirs out without fully resetting their console I definitely get that because the serial number doesn't match.

Yep. COVID definitely gave these consoles lots of attention. My Xbox One got all the love, then I got a Nintendo switch and I played both extensively!
I had A PS3 super slim in blue the apu failed it had the red light off death then I got the PS4 slim and I now have the ps5 in December 2023

I'm not finding it surprising that people play 360s etc beyond the release of the new gen. It looks like a lot of these boxes belong to very casual players and so they may not have immediately upgraded.
The most heartwarming memory of retro gaming for me was with my grandma on her last night in her old house in around 2001-02. Everything was packed up, but she deliberately kept her old Amstrad CPC (a relic of the 80s) set up long enough to have a game of Trivial Pursuit. Me, I didn't even get a PS4 until just after the PS5 came out, because I just wanted something to play games on and they were going for a song.
Your video is inspiring me to set up a 360 on my work desk at home hooked up to my second monitor on an HDMI switch and play a bit of something random during down time. I don't think it would work for various reasons, but the urge is there and I really have to fight it.
